참가 동의서
참가자 본인은 주최, 주관, 스폰서 측에 대회 참여를 위한 개인정보 제공에 동의합니다
대회 중 발생할 수 있는 모든 위험한 상황으로 인한 사망, 부상, 재산 상 손실에 대해 참가자 본인이 책임질 것에 동의합니다. 위험한 상황이란 지형, 시설, 온도, 날씨, 선수 컨디션, 수분 부족, 차량 통행에만 그치지 않고 참가자, 자원봉사자, 관중, 대회 관계자, 대회 진행자 등 다른 사람의 행동으로 인한 상황 등 다양한 상황까지 포함합니다.
또한 참가자 본인은 SUP 대회 참가 중에 다치거나 사망할 수도 있음을 인지하고 이하 발생할 수 있는 모든 위험에 대해 참가자 본인이 책임질 것에 동의합니다.
참가자 본인은 차후 대회 참여로 인해 발생한 신체적, 정신적 손해는 물론 재산상 손실에 대해 대회 주최 및 주관자, 스폰서에게 소송을 할 권리를 포기할 것에 동의합니다.
참가자 본인은 대회 중 주최, 주관, 스폰서 측이 녹음이 포함된 동영상 및 사진을 기록하는 데 동의하고 그에 대한 권한은 KAPP가 소유한다는 것에 동의합니다. 또 해당 기록물들은 유통, 배포, 상업활동에 사용될 수 있음에 동의합니다.
단거리와 장거리 레이스에 의도적으로 자신의 신상정보를 숨기고 다른 연령 부문에 참가한 경우 차후KAPP가 주관, 주최한 모든 대회에 참가가 불가하며, 입상한 경우에도 상을 박탈하고 상금 및 상품 역시도 회수 처리됩니다.
KAPP가 주최.주관한 대회진행에 차질을 빚게 한자는 현장에서 즉시 방해행위를 제지 당할 수 있음에 동의합니다.
kapp 주최. 주관한 대회에 관하여 과거 허위사실 유포 혹은 의도적인 비난행위로 인해 KAPP의 명예를 실추한 자 또는 kapp 회원 강제 영구탈퇴 된 자는 KAPP가 주최.주관한 대회에 참여 할 수 없음을 확인합니다.
Participants consent
Participants agree to provide their personal information to organizers, host and sponsors for participating in the event.
Participants agree to accept responsibility for death, personal injury and property damage caused by any unsafe conditions that may occur during the competition. These conditions include, but not only, terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, athlete condition, dehydration, traffic, as well as situations caused by the actions of others, including participants, volunteers, spectators, event officials, and event organizers.
Participants also acknowledge that participating in the competition may result in injury or even death. Participants agree they are responsible for all the risks that may arise when participating.
Participants agree to waive the right to sue the event hosts, organizers and sponsors for physical and mental damages as well as property damages arising from participation in the contest.
Participants agree that the host, organizers, and sponsors may record videos and photos during the competition and that the associated rights are owned by the KAPP. In addition, participants agree that the recorded material may be used for distribution and commercial activities.
If a participant intentionally hides his personal information in short-distance and long-distance races and participate in other age categories, they will not be able to participate in the competitions organized and hosted by KAPP in the future, and even if they win, their prize will be forfeited and you’re the prize money and prizes will be withdrawn.
Participants agree that any person who disrupts the progress of the tournament hosted or supervised by the KAPP may be stopped immediately on the spot.
It is confirmed that those who have damaged the reputation of KAPP or those who have been forcibly permanently withdrawn from the KAPP membership due to the spread of false information or intentional criticism regarding tournaments hosted/organized by the KAPP, cannot participate in tournaments hosted/organized by the KAPP.
